Dalby Shopping World
Dalby Shopping World: is the largest of the shopping complexes in Dalby with over accommodating over 40 businesses including BigW, Woolworths, Robins Kitchen, Amcal Pharmacy and a Food Court. Please click here for more information on Dalby Shopping World.
Dalby also has Coles, Foodworks and a number of smaller convenience stores across town.
Dalby Aquatic Centre
Dalby Aquatic Centre: provides a baby and toddler pool, a 25 m indoor (heated) pool and a 50 m outdoor olympic size pool. The pool offers swimming lessons, a Swim Club, exercise classes and a coaching program.
Dalby PCYC
Dalby PCYC: Is just one of the many sporting complexes in Dalby. Recently renovated and expanded, the facility incorporates two indoor sports stadiums utilised for a large number of indoor sports, a professional gym and weights room, fitness classes, gymnastics hall and classes, outdoor netball courts, touch football fields, a before school, after school and vacation care program.
Parks
Parks: There are a number of parks situated in the township of Dalby for you and your family to enjoy. Thomas Jack Park is the largest with a large playground area, BBQ facilities, a large open oval, water features and beautifully established gardens. This is also the location for the Dalby Information Centre. The most recent park established for the community is situated on the Myall Creek, directly across from the Dalby aquatic centre. This Park has a smaller playground and BBQ facilities.
Jimbour House
Jimbour House: Jimbour is both a tiny village 238 km northwest of Brisbane, Australia and also the location of one of the nation's most gracious historical homes - Jimbour - built in 1876. Heritage-listed Jimbour House remains a private residence with its interior open only for special events. Visitors are welcome to tour the grounds and magnificent gardens which are open daily for a donation upon entry. The garden entry donation includes access to the "Living History Walk" - an experience of historical plaques, sights and sounds that bring a rich and colourful heritage to life. The grounds and Chapel (circa 1868) provide a stunning setting for weddings and the venue also caters for a wide range of functions and corporate events. Lake Broadwater
Lake Broadwater: Lake Broadwater Conservation Park protects the only natural lake on the Darling Downs and the surrounding cypress and brigalow. Waterbirds and wildlife find refuge at the lake and surrounding vegetation. Picnic under river red gums, relax and enjoy the wildlife and wildflowers. Swimming, boating and water skiing are permitted, but the lake can dry out for lengthy periods so check with the caretaker before planning to take your boat on the water (boating permits required).
Bunya Mountains
Bunya Mountains: The Bunya Mountains is a spectacular wilderness range forming an isolated section of the Great Dividing Range situated about 150km from the coast and lying almost centrally between Kingaroy and Dalby. The immense subtropical range of cool, green rainforest, eucalypt forests and woodlands is home to the world’s largest forest of bunya pines. The Bunya Mountains is pristine, peaceful and spectacular, yet only 45 minutes from Dalby, 2½ – 3 hours from Brisbane.
Dalby Health Service
Dalby Health Service: The Dalby Hospital provides health services, including medical, surgical, accident and emergency, outpatients, pathology, palliative care and aged care. The hospital provides Telehealth services for high-risk maternity and paediatric patients, and the elderly. Dalby Health Service is situated on the Bunya Highway approx 5 km from the centre of town.

Delicious and Delightful Annual Festival in Dalby: Dalby’s Delicious and DeLIGHTful Festival celebrates its community’s diversity by focusing on cultural cuisine, multicultural entertainment, a unique and spectacular lantern parade and a grand finale. Dalby Picnic Races
Dalby Picnic Races: An annual meet held on the May long weekend. The Picnic Races is a 6 race programme and is one of the towns highlights on the social calendar! Bring your own picnic lunch or purchase food from the food stalls. Or book a table in the function marquee. Full TAB operating on the day. $10,000 work of prizes for fashion on the Field competitions, a popular part of the local race meetings and an excellent way of showcasing race goer's style and flair. This event attracts large crowds, both local and from afar.
